Use of the COVID-19 rapid antigen test

Nasopharyngeal swab sample

Samples are taken through the nostril with the included flexible sampling swab.

Oropharyngeal swab sample

Alternatively or additionally, a swab is taken in the tonsil area with the sampling swab. The leaflet contains detailed information on the exact process.

Sample preparation

The sample taken is extracted using the supplied sample extraction tube for further testing.

Test procedure

The sample taken is placed on the rapid test cassette using the dropper. Both utensils are also included in the scope of delivery

Test result

The test result is read after 15 minutes. The control line C indicates that the test has been used correctly and is functional. The test line T appears when the test result is positive. If no test line T appears, the test result is negative.
